- Weekly scheduled virtual programming of support groups, educational and engagement programs.
- Ongoing calls continue for list of at risk participants for check-ins on safety and isolation concerns.

- Educating patients who may be concerned about receiving home visits about CDC guidelines for minimizing risk and various options for care, such as less frequent visits and additional phone calls

Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire
- Open for all services currently except Blood Pressure and Foot Care Wellness services.
- Non-profit provides nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, and personal care services.

BAYADA Home Health Care
Hospice services:
- Hospice services continue to be provided with all disciplines to provide comprehensive care to all facets of the client/family needs: nursing, home health aides, social work, spiritual care
- Territory: the entirety of Vermont, 89 corridor of NH and Concord NH areas
- We have the PPE/staff training to care for COVID+ clients
- No reduction in visits or changes to visit method (visits will remain in person)
- The only exception is if a client lives in a nursing facility where visits are restricted.
- If a facility is now allowing social work or spiritual care to visit, those visits will be via telephone or virtual (client/family preference)
- In a client who is older than age 85 and tests positive for COVID, that can qualify them for hospice
- Should these client’s goals of care align with the hospice philosophy (comfort focused and not wishing to go to a hospital) they can be admitted to hospice
- Should they improve and no longer need services, they can be discharged once stable
Home Health Services:
- Skilled home care continues to be provided with in-person visits for all disciplines (nursing, PT/OT)
- Ability to care for COVID+ clients
- The RN will do the initial visit in person and assess when the follow-up therapy visits need to occur

Mt. Ascutney Hospital
- Fully operational inpatient and acute rehabs, ER, PT/OT, and specialty building
- Fully operational outpatient clinic able to see clients in person and telehealth (telephone and video )
- Therapy pool and surgery (only for emergency cases) is still closed at this time but is being open in the near future
- Clinic waiting room is cleaning hourly to ensure sanitation and safety for patients.
- New respiratory clinic to assist those with respiratory symptoms is separate from the regular clinic, this will be in place for the for seeable future.
